In her latest Macworld article MacPowerUser Katie Floyd describes how the increasing number of documents becoming available online has changed her paperless workflow. Where previously her scanner was the main weapon to fight stacks of paper, today Hazel helps identifying documents Katie regularly downloads, renames them and uses a tiny little piece of AppleScript to tag and file them straight into the right notebook in Evernote.
I do it exactly the same way and use a few more tricks.
